Yoga Teacher Training Course

The Academy of Yoga and Ayurveda offer Yoga enthusiast a full year part-time Yoga Teacher Training course.

If you are ready to delve deeper into Yoga or if you would like to spend a year training slowly and mindfully with a committed group of students and teachers, then find out more by contacting Nina and chatting about your dreams and goals. This is the only Yoga Teacher Training Course for Hatha Yoga Teachers that I would recommend in SA. 

This full year Teacher Training course is divided into 4 modules. You are welcome to start with any of the modules apart from module 4. Modules run once a year.
